To initiate a refund or replacement, please email us with the following information: Order Number and reason for refund/replacement, along with a clear photo of the issue
Returns on food are not accepted, however: if a bag is visibly moldy due to an air leak before purchase and has not had more than half of it eaten, we will happily replace the bag with another of your choice and of the same size.
